- S. Rae Garcia, coffee shop aficionado and aspiring chef, has lived and schooled in Tallahassee for 6 years. Through studying for her Information and Communication degree, and now Culinary Arts, she has spent many hours in Tallahassee coffee shops and lunch joints. Yep, crazy huh? She is still my hyperactive artsy fartsy mom, but she is super crotchety and very anti-change now, it is funny. Heaven forbid she doesn't have the same breakfast she's been having for 5 years, or you buy her the WRONG canned peas...she is fun though.
